Dave's Classic Rum Cake

1 bunt cake pan
1 package Butter Recipe moist cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
enough room temperature butter to heavely butter the bunt pan

Glaze
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup rum

Coat inside of bunt pan with room temperature butter.
sprinkle pecans and coconut into buttered bunt pan.
Prepare Butter Recipe moist cake mix as per the directions on the box.
Pour into preparred bunt pan.

Once cake has come out of oven make Glaze.
Put 1 stick butter and 1 cup sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Turn off burnner continue to stir as butter and sugar cool. When mixture is cool enough so that the acohol won't evaporate, add rum. Mix throughly. Pour on cake whilst cake is still in pan. Let soak at least 30 minutes before turnning cake onto plate. Cake is ready to eat.
